I am hoping to become an internet Dj. Can any current DJ's give me any tips? I also need to know the programs I will need. Please be patient with me, I'm slow. JK. xDD

Being a DJ is rather simple, all you need is music, obviously, and your pick of broadcasting programs.
For the free route, you should get winamp and SHOUTcast, available at www.winamp.com and www.shoutcast.com, try to find a tutorial on how to use them, since it's too long for me to type here.
If you'd like to drop $200 and want more functionality, go for SAM2 or SAM3. I don't have any idea how to use those, so you'll have to find another tutorial. I suggest becoming an experienced DJ before you go this route, though.

A Page was created about a Year Ago for the DJ's of Habboparadise and HabboLxury.
We still use this file for Winamp but we are in the process of building one for SAM
you can take a look here

Ok All. Heres the Actual Way to do it for Winamp / SHOUTcast.
Click here for winamp- Choose a Free one (http://winamp.com/player/free.php)
Click here for ShoutCAST DJ Install (http://www.shoutcast.com/downloads/shoutcast-dsp-1-9-0-windows.exe)
After Installing Both of these, (you will know with the ShoutCAST because this screen will come out and run a bunch of things, and then tell you its done.)
What you do is go onto winamp, click options, go to preferences, then go to DSP / Effect (I belive, edit if wrong)
click the one highlighted in this
http://www.shoutcast.com/support/docs/images/prefs-scplugin.gif
after that, get the Login Info:
the Server name
such as
435.4534.3455.4534 (random) would go in their.
or
shoutcast.com:8454
Something along those lines, then get the pass, Port, and then change the name under Yellowbook to your DJ Name
Instead of Untitled Server is should Read
DJ-SoandSo "Rockin; the Joint."
or something like that.
then Click connect
and You're In!
Note:
Winamp (reccomended) is for Talking
then
the second switch is for talking, dont forget to hold down the talk button, or click hold.
