iv always whanted to be one? so can ipelase be one and plus there is ALOT of empty air time im listing to nothing in habbo hut right now and its been like rthat since 3:05 EST

so can i please please pleaee be a habbo DJ?
i have over 3000 songs on ma pc:) :D :confused: :cool: :o

You've got to apply through DJ applications, which aren't open. habbo hut can't always be open, as DJs have lives outside habbo.
I suggest you try to get one.

Just because you claim habbohut is your favourite station, doesn't mean your automatically gunna be a DJ
YOu've got to pass critiea:
- Never been banned from habbo (they can check)
- Know how to use Shoutcast/Sam
- Have a wide music selection, bought on cd or legally bought on internet (no downloading from free places)
- Have a microphone
- Have the time and patience to DJ

I suggest you do something during the weekend.
Are the songs what the listners want? Do youjust have the things you like or is it a very wide selection (i.e punk/rock/emo music and pop/dance/club)

Craigster, i advise you to keep checking habbohut for new competitions and DJ applications and also if you missed somethign in a post you can edit and add whgat you forgot instead of spamming the thread :P

Please make sure you read through the FAQ's and other threads, specifically in the "Questions & Help Board." Like I said, if anymore threads about becoming a DJ are posted, they will be closed. So let me go over some things about becoming a DJ firstly though, and you can always check here again.

Habbohut doesn't run dj competitions often, especially since we are official and we want to keep professional DJ's. When they are going to begin a DJ Competition, you will usually hear about it in advance, otherwise you will find it on the front page in the News section of habbohut.com.

Start Small. Starting small is a very big step :p If you have no experience in DJing and you start off with Habbohut, chances are you won't know many things which will cause you to get lower listeners. So I suggest looking for small radio sites and beginning there.

Make sure you have everything you need to - legally bought music, microphone, winamp, and all of the other software you need. Also make sure you know how to work everything, I suggest asking professional djs for advice.

If you have had some 2 hour bans, that is fine - but if you've been banned for scamming, scripting, hacking, etc. you may not get a job, but I am not really sure of that. That is up to the people who decide who to hire. Also like Aliwali2211 said, make sure you have patience for djing. Every DJ gets negative comments from listeners, if you take that seriously and say you're going to quit, then you have impatience and need to learn how to handle negative comments. Make sure that you don't take negative comments seriously, or else you won't get far before threatening to quit.

When there is a DJ Competition, usually you have to send a clip of yourself either telling why you'll be a good DJ or just do a sample of some of your djing.
