Awesome, People actually came to the Memorial through a Bus(s), Trains, etc. WITHOUT tickets just to be apart of this not even getting inside wow!
This one girl sold half the stuff in her house for a Bus or Train Ticket down to California and She didn't even have a ticket for the actual Memorial.
The Actual Memorial is starting soon, with the Performers and all.
I'll be watching the whole thing.
Edit:I so hope we get to see the Kids, the People were talking about how they got to interview Son "Blanket" or Prince Micheal and he was Raised by Micheal so well that he held the door, Offered candy?, and even Shook there hands. For the people that thought Micheal
wasn't a good parent, There ya go ;)

I don't really see why there is this huge memorial for Michael Jackson. He was just an ordinary person... if my father died today its not like anyone would care.
There's already been enough about Michael Jackson's death, and I'm not going to watch a second of that memorial.

He was the King of Pop, a Million or Billionaire a FAMOUS Person, this is why they had a Memorial for him. If you don't like it, Ok. That's fine, but still that is why. He deserved one weither people liked him or not.
Anyways,
Watched the end his Daughter Paris did a Short Speech,
Crying her eyes out as Janet and Family crowed her on the Stage
comferting her. That and His brother speaking had to be the Sadest parts,
the rest wasn't sad. People like Mariah, Akon, Usher, His Family, Magic Johnson, and More sang and Gave speechs for Micheal. 2 hours of the Memorial, It was very good and Respectful towards Micheal. You saw his kids walking off the stage, Unfortainetly Blanket was kinda hiding being the youngest not really wanting to be seen. But, you saw his Oldest around Paris. I never really saw his kids, anyways It was good.
Also, When you saw the crowd how HUGE it was and then there were Huge crowds watching from around the world off Big Screens, Online and on there TV of course(Like me). It was Good Good Good. One last thing towards the Memorial, His brother had a Good Speech little sad, He said 1.Can you Hug my Brother up there in Heaven and He also said, I know theres been a Bunch of People hounding you and Making fun of you but now maybe they will finally Stop. My thoughts to Micheal is, He was inoccent or however you spell it of Molestation and That it is very sad he died. He was the "King of Pop" with his Biggest Hit, Thriller. He was a Thriller, Thri-iller. Rest in Peice, God Bless him in Heaven. God Bless his Family, Kids, and Friends. Specially his Mom and Dad, and Kids(Yes I know I already said them;)) Rest in Peace.
This is.....Adam's Memorial Coverage and Thoughs and Prayers to Micheal Jackson.
(Hehe!)
& he's been given an award by congressman and he's been named as the best entertainer in history.

IF you dad was the king of pop had an award that quoted him as best entertainer in history. if he invented all these new dance moves and brought all these songs that we've all listend to atleast once and adored..
Then yeah i would make a big deal about it and im sure the rest of the world would, no matter what your oppinion is on Mr Jackson you should show atleast a little bit of empathy towards his family no matter how "Diffrent" he was he was still a well reconized and thought of human being, that changed the music world in so many diffrent ways.

I have much respect for Michael Jackson, and sorrow for his family however I think the media is making way to big a deal out of this.

I've never really cared for MJ and the only songs of his I've ever heard is Thriller and Smooth Criminal, and not by choice. Yes, it's sad for his family that he died, but I didn't watch the memorial and I haven't been following any of the media coverage about his death.

He hasn't actually been given the award. It was a resolution introduced into our House of Representatives that will have to go through Congress in the means that any other piece of legislation would.

the whole thing, in my opinion, was an abomination and didn't respect his death at all.
i wasn't sure if i was watching a live 8 rerun or a funeral.
not that any of you gave a **** about him before he died but whatever.
everyone on the bandwagon.

You should say that "any of us" Actually cared about him. I grew up to MJ. He has been my idol all my life. When I heard that he "Molested" Them kids. I personally, thought it was all a bunch of bull. MJ was and always will be my Idol for as long as I live.
