Template Design

Hi,
I am making a personal website and I was wondering if anybody could make me a
template design. You do not have to code but if you want to thats great.

I would like the template simple, not to big and bulky and not to much content areas, below is an example but I would like the content box a bit bigger and no person in the content box, on top of the navigator section I would like to have a banner area, whatever size is good.

OK This Mite Look Rubbish But when You Get Your Content in It Will Look All Better Ill EDIT to show the the picture of the website. Its all coded in HTML

The navs not much, but you can edit it as much as you like; just don't remove the R design.

Just an idea, there are not many good sites that offer quality coding tutorials and as you've show me you can both code so maybe you should create a tutorials website..
