Moderators are chosen due to compliance with the forum rules and general activity. Also they generally have a good reputation ;)

They have less permissions in forums, they can do mostly the same as a super moderator but they can only edit/delete/move/merge ect. in their forum. I'm not 100% sure but I believe there modCP would be different, less tools.

Mariaaa and Rosie are from the US, truefitt and Franting are from the UK and Mabel and Ploo are from AU/NZ/SG. :facepalm:

Maybe hiring from different regions? maybe some of them are from those regions you said but I Think we need more mods for Canada... But thats just a suggestion Mark ..Thats all :)

Six moderators is enough for this size userbase. Canada uses the same timezones as the US, anyway.
