How do I make it stay on the 4.0 skin/theme whatever?
It keeps changing back to the habbohut lovers one >.<

You're probably set your default in the user cp to the love one? :)

If you have cookies turned off it will revert to the normal skin whenever you reload.

Unless you're constantly clearing your history and or cookies I can't see a problem.
