No Activation Email

Hey guys I have been talking to the user Gorjeus. who has not received her activation email meaning she couldn't post in here for help is there a way to get the email resent?

A manager should be able to alter her account so that it's confirmed if the email hasn't sent, that would be the easiest way to do it.
