So google is having another bash at social networking.

Has some pretty neat features. I especially liked the hangout function which is much like skype.

Annoyingly its full at the moment but will be opened fully soon.

Yeah well Google own Youtube so it wont be a surprise.

I have a gut feeling its not going to take off like everyone using it like Facebook but I will sign up to have an in depth insight.

MySpace use to be the current day Facebook but then Facebook came along just like aim, msn, got taken over by Skype and Facebook. Only think I can think of though is that Google Plus doesn't sound as good as Facebook, ie "Do you have Facebook/Google Plus"

Google can easily produce stuff that is technically better than facebook. But facebook will remain unbeaten. Id say its got a good 100 years in it before anyone can think of becoming bigger than it.

Fact is google have the time and money too muck about with this kind of thing.
