View Full Version : Resolved: Error When Logging in

Callum,

So when I log in, a message shows up like this

Could not find phrase 'invalid_redirect_url_x'.

Any reason why? Any way it can be fixed?

I've been getting this too. Just so we know it's not an isolated problem

Yup it's happening around the forum, I received this too. I asked Dj-Bigboss about this and he said to clear my cache so maybe try that.

Clear your cache and see if that works while Lee and Bigboss work on a fix.

I have cleared my Cache... still the same...

This error is common with vBulletin. I have sent BigBoss some info on how he might be able to fix this problem.

Thanks for the report and information. Unfortunately this is something Lee will have to do and I have PMed him. I have seen this happen on many forums and I think could be related to the patching we did recently to the latest vBulletin version.

Fortunately it is not a bug that will effect everyone but if it does happen then reload the forum (www.habbohut.com/board url) and then you will be logged in.

Please bare with us.

That's related to this issue. Lee and I are resolving now.

Just a heads up appears alot of forums that updated to the latest patch are having issues and we have a ticket raised with vBulletin to fix it. If you access the forum via http://www.habbohut.com/board we recommend you use http://habbohut.com/board and you won't have any issues :)

I've been using both. No issue.
I use http://www.habbohut.com/board & it still gives me
Invalid Redirect URL (http://www.habbohut.com/board/)
Not that it matters much to me though ;)

All just wait for the result. There is no need to keep posting. We know you have the error and if you don't then wop-di-do. Andy will post a message when the issue has been resolved.

Callum,

Olly. We have a right to ask question. You can't tell us that we can't ask.

Yes, but questions have been asked and answered and while Andrew wait for updates then there is no reason to continue a discussion in this thread.

I might try it when I log into Habbohut next time and see if I get the message about invalid url, as the other guys got the same message about the login .. thing.

The issue is still there but it was caused by a patch in security by vBulletin. This should be resolved shortly. I am marking as resolved as I know the resolution we are choosing but cannot announce this.
