The information we collect about our users is limited to:
  • Anonymous listening statistics
  • Site usage IP logs, for statistical and security-related purposes
When users of our site sign up to use any of our online services, such as our bulletin board, they may be required to give us their email address. Users' email addresses will not be shared with anyone outside of the organisation, excluding times when it is necessary because of legal or security-related issues.
Inside the organisation, users' email addresses will only be accessible by members of the organisation's management team, or members of the organisation's support or moderation staff. Email addresses will not be given out to any other organisation for commercial use.
